Welcome to Mrs. Massillio’s Home and Careers Class Website. The Home and Careers curriculum is devised to accommodate a thirty day cycle of classes for sixth grade students attending South Orangetown Middle school. The course of study will address the three standards addressed by New York State, “Learning Standards for Health, Physical Education and Home Economics”

GRADING
- Classwork/Participation – 20%
- Homework – 10%
- Tests/Quizzes – 30%
- Career Project – 40%
CAREER REPORT- Each Student will be required to complete a career report. Students will be given ample time to work on project in computer lab. This report is worth 40% of the grade.
